He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Warren Tuggle; his daughter Ann Marie Tuggle Wycoff; his parents, V. V. Tuggle and Lula Taylor Tuggle; and his brothers, John Tuggle, Danny Tuggle, James Tuggle and Billy Ray Tuggle.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Charles Tuggle and Daniel Lee Tuggle; his grandchildren, Robert "Little Bobby" Tuggle (Amanda), Kevin Tuggle, Josh Tuggle and Vivian Tuggle Lund (Matthew); his siblings, George Thomas Tuggle (Bud), Terry Wayne Tuggle, Betty Lou Tuggle Thornton and Frances Ann Tuggle Powell; and his great grandchildren, Peyton Lund, April Tuggle, Robert Tuggle, Blue Tuggle, Jordan Lund, Cameron Lund, Amina Tuggle and Charlee Lund. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
