He was predeceased by: his parents, Reggie Dale Evans and Mavis Evans (Jones); his brother Jimmy Evans; and his sister-in-law Linda Evans. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Evans (White); his daughter Kayla Evans; and his sisters, Janice Gatewood (James) and Rita Cliburn (Mansil). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nieces, nephews and many friends.
