She is survived by: her husband Jay Wyatt; her children, Cody Ray Wyatt and Ashleigh Nicole Wyatt; her parents, Alan G. Moore and Dian Blackwell Moore; her sisters, Brandi Nicole Welch (Trae) and Chelsea Lee Ellison (Cliff); and her nieces and nephews, Owen Brady Welch, Austin Ellison, Justin Kennedy (Jessica), Jonathan Kennedy (Theresa), Jared Kennedy, Taylor Grace Welch (Gage) and Ava Claire Welch.
