He was predeceased by: his son Adam Haney, Jr.; his parents, Joseph Haney, Jr. and Maudie Brown Haney; and his brother Joseph Haney III. He is survived by: his wife Patty Stroud Haney of Mount Olive, MS; his sister Judith Pires; his sons, James Haney and Jonathan Haney; and his brother Mark Haney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
