He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gerald Spradley, Sr. and Bettye Ann Finch Spradley; his sister Deoine Denese Spradley; his grandparents, Jim, Daisy Wade Spradley, Henry Loyd Finch, Jr., Mabel Jones Finch, Oren and Kate Risher Campbel; his stepson Michael Wade Smith; and his nephew Christopher Ryan Spradley.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Stringer Spradley; his stepson Kyle Anthony Smith; his siblings, Stephen V. Spradley (Barbara), Mark R. Spradley and Rachelle Spradley Moore (Mark); his daughter-in-law Stacy Ervin Smith (Wade); and his granddaughters, Whitley Lauren Smith Moss (Zachary), Ashtyn Jade Caroline Smith and Kyleigh Anne Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
