He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee and Minnie Lee Millender; his brothers, Eddie Eugene Millender and Raymond Lee Millender; his aunts and uncles, Cylister, Nathan Costict, Ray Charles Costict, Laura Ash, Mary Baggett, Ida Bell Jones and Eudell Stallworth; and his nephew Reginald "Reggie" Essex.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ella May Coles of Covington, GA and Clinton "Dee" Millender of Moss Point, MS; his sister-in-law Gloria Millender; and his aunts and uncles, Arnold Lee Odom of Moss Point, MS, David Costic of Chicago, Eddie Wayne of Moss Point, MS, Tony Lee Costict of Tennessee, Georgia Coleman of Pensacola, FL and Diane Costict of Virginia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
