He was predeceased by: his mother Myra Lovelace; and his brothers, Wilbert and William Lovelace. He is survived by: his significant other Thelma Thompson; his son Danny Thompson (Tracey) of Pascagoula, Mississippi; his stepdaughter Melissa Thompson of Pascagoula, Mississippi; his nephew Sebastain Tyrus Parker of Evanville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Thaddius Thompson, Sr., Trakina Thompson, Myneka Harper and Ka'Jarvis Funchess; his great grandchildren, Octavian Thompson, Thaddius Thompson, Jr., Adaissa Thompson, Aamira Thompson, Chynia Marshall and London Marshall; and his caregivers, Betty Rivers and Charles Bowens.
