She was predeceased by: her parents, Volme Swanier and Christena Swanier; her siblings, Adrian Swanier (Corena), Oliver Wendell Swanier (Geraldine), Mary Swanier and Helena Ausmer; and her children, Frederick Harrison Cook IV, Roxanne Elizabeth Cook and Rosalyn Elizabeth Cook.
She is survived by: her husband David Wright; her children, David Wright Jr., Rita Charne Cook, Raquel Anica Cook, Mercedes Johnson and Precious Wright; her siblings, Daniel Swanier, Shelton Swanier (Lori) and Bernadette Daley (Isaiah); and her godchild Nyoakee Swanier.
