She was predeceased by: her husband James H. Paulk; her children, James Herbert Paulk and Dorie Paulk; her parents, Bessie McVey and Mack McVey; and her siblings, Adelia McVey Heinis, Willa McVey Ragsdale, James Patrick McVey, Mike McVey, Robert McVey and Rita Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Denny Paulk (Teresa), Bessie Hendry and Diane Carnley (Jerry); and her brothers, Charles McVey (Linda) and Tommy McVey (Denise). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; a special friend.
