He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Fowler and Tipsie Lite Martin Williams; and his siblings, Terri Lynn Fowler, Faye Williams, Charles Bonds and Al Bonds.

He is survived by: his children, Joseph Travis Fowler (Alicia) and Terri Lynn Fowler (Dewayne Johnson); his grandchildren, Hayden Fowler, Logan Fowler, Hailey Bolden and Autrey Bolden; his siblings, Barbara Roney (Gary), Steve Bonds (Susan) and Diane Bishop (Steve); and his close friend Melissa Hester. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests you make donations to a charity of your choosing in honor of Travis.
