With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon G. McDuffie (Moss Point, Mississippi), born in Quitman, Mississippi, who passed away on July 9, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Mildred Fairchild Green and Edward Leo Green; her sister Shirley G. Broadhead; her grandson Steven V. Thompson, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Romine and Thomas McDuffie.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Thompson (Rhonda), Trisha Thompson (Bobby), H. V. "Butch" Thompson (Judy), Shirley Cochran (Rudy) and Bonnie Williams; her grandchildren, Teri Rivers (Brian), Sara Johnson (Kenny), Megan Moyer, Bryan West, Jr. (Miranda), Micaela Walley and Jacey Williams; her siblings-in-law, Danny Broadhead, Mary Ellen McDuffie, Bea Thomas (Ray) and Brenda Barrow (Julian); and also Tanis Hale. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
