He was predeceased by: his parents, John Otis Cain and Mary Powell Cain; his goddaughter Brianna Phillips Tringale; and his daughter-in-law Tammy Cain. He is survived by: his wife Wilda Cain; his son Roy Cain, Jr. (Olga Matherne); his grandchildren, Brad Zani and Shana Martin; his goddaughters, Jennifer Cone and Jessica Weaver; his caregiver Melissa Gregory; and his pet Peanut. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and other friends.
