He was predeceased by: his parents, Murphy Andrew and Clara Estele Jenkins; his great grandchild Mason Howell; and his siblings, Cecil Jenkins, Ronnie Jenkins and Clarinda Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Jenkins; his children, Roy, Jr. Jenkins (Brandi) and Kathy Howell (Brady); his stepchildren, Doug Spencer (Shelia) and Kim Myers (Rob); his grandchildren, Brandon Jenkins, Dustin Howell (Rachel), Ashton Howell (Dina), Haley Williams (Jarrod), Amber Keel (Colton) and Carly Jenkins (James); his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Jaylynn, Levi, Kaci, Greyson, Brentlee, Zoey, Isabelle, RaeLynn, Oliver and June; and his siblings, Dwight Jenkins and Gene Jenkins.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Family Life Church (13200 MS-63, Moss Point, MS 39562). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
