He is survived by: his former wife Richelle; his sister-in-law Colleen; his wife Sheila Rodak; his children, Richard "Rich" Rodak (Rosa), Rebecca "Becky" Rodak, Robin Jurado (Richard) and Heather Tapper (Randy); his grandchildren, Ryan Rodak, Damian Rodak, CJ Woodard, Christian Woodard, Madison "Rose" Jurado, Zoey Jurado, Kylie Treece, Jaxon Tapper and Wyatt Tapper; his siblings, Robert "Bob" Butts (Colleen Petri), Raymond Hosler, Michael "Buddy" Dixon (Sherry), Cindy Weed and Brenda Munger (Kelly); his parents-in-law, Faye, Kenneth McLeod, Robert Nelson and Ginger Brown; and his siblings-in-law, Robbie Nelson, Chrys Stephens and Kim Gable (Keith). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
