He was predeceased by: his father Robert D. Tanner. He is survived by: his mother Gwen Tanner Horn (Wilson Horn) of Moss Point, Mississippi; his daughter Libby Rhae Tanner; and his pet Dollye. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and childhood friends.
