He is survived by: his mother Dianna Blackwell; his brother Arron Blackwell (Tiffany); his daughter Kody Charbonett; his nieces, Kaleigh Vicknair and Hanna Blackwell; his nephew Jaxson Blackwell; and his brothers, Shane Bryant and Tom Donahue.
