He is survived by: his wife Rita Elizabeth Cochran (Scarbrough); his children, David Robert Cochran (Sharon), Ashley Anderson (David) and Kimberly Phelps (Raymond); his grandchildren, Logan, Justin Porter, Jeffery, Miranda of Blair, DJ, Blu, Aleigha, Heartley, Ottis and Tilly; his siblings, Jenny Cochran and Katera Bailey; and his pet Libby. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
