He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Vernon Walker and Ernestine Noble Walker; his siblings, Ralph Vernon Walker, Jr., Kenneth Frederick Walker and Joy Frances Walker Jones; his wife Peggy Walker; his children, Richard Ernest "Ernie" Walker II (Jamie) of Pearland, TX, James "Jim" Ralph Walker of Spanish Fort, AL and Pamela Walker Rone of Gautier; his grandchildren, Emery Kate, James Luke, Logan and Jake; his siblings, Sylvia Gotilly (Art) of Pensacola, FL, Vivian Dailey (Larry) of Gautier and John Stephen of Helena, MT.; and his grandparents, George Noble of Washington, Mae Noble of Missouri, Reverend Henry Dempsy Walker and Charlotte Walker. He was also cherished by his aunts, uncles, and cousins.
