She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. Webb; her friend Robert Thigpen; her parents, Nevil "Buddy" Williams and Ella Louise Williams; and her brother Wayne Williams.

She is survived by: her children, Charline Denton (Dwayne) of Hurley, Christie Morse (Curtis) of Hurley, Charles Wesley Webb (Margaret) of Ocean Springs and Jeff Webb of Grand Bay; and her siblings, Jeanette Ward, Margie Adkins Guy, Debbie McDaniel, Shelia Rawson and Robert Williams. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
