He is survived by: his children, Allen R. Mitchell, Patsy Gail Walters, Belinda Sue Fisher and Randy Steven Mitchell; his grandchildren, Allison, Dana, Jennifer, Corey, John, Derek, Carla and Matthew; and his siblings, Jack F. Mitchell, Donald F. Mitchell and Melva Kay Wages.
