It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mona Louise Khayat Amis (Moss Point, Mississippi), who passed away on September 26, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rames A. Khayat and Margaret B. Khayat. She is survived by: her children, Scott Amis (Patricia) and Laura K. Lupton (Bert); her grandchildren, Heath Guess (Brittany), Chase Guess (Katelyn Gonzalez), Erin Amis Perez (Michael), Ryann Amis and Jordan Osborne; her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Brady Guess and Libby Manning; her siblings, Kay Michelle Khayat (Bob Opp) and Mike Khayat (Kathy); and her friend Waymon Clegg.
In lieu of flowers, it was Mona's wish and the family's desire for donations to be made in her memory to Moss Point Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 8744, Moss Point, 39563.
