She was predeceased by: her daughter Jessica Breann Williams; and her grandfather Bill O'Bannon. She is survived by: her mother Kathy Billingsley (Earl); her siblings, Jeff Billingsley (Kim) and Erin Christian (Colt); her grandmother Margaret O'Bannon; and her stepgrandmother Sue Brakefield. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew, and friends.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the services for Lisa will be private.
