We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2023, at the age of 75, Michael Wayne Jordan Sr. of Moss Point, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jordan and Anna Jordan; his parents-in-law, Sam Gatlin and Anne Gatlin; and his brother-in-law Glenn Mercke.
He is survived by: his wife Gina Gatlin Jordan; his children, Kelli Reed Van Inwegen (Chris), Michael Jordan, Jr. (Kirstie), Anna Lindley, Jr. (Rob) and Samuel Jordan (Lacie); his grandchildren, Cole Chandler (Aaryn), Mac and Saire Van Inwegen; his children, Alex, Mason, Kaleb Jordan, Trey, Caroline, Elizabeth Lindley, Fallon, Adeline and Embry Jordan; his great grandchild Sutton Chandler; his siblings, Harold Sonny Jordan (Diane), Karen Moore (Tim), Ralph Jordan (Michelle) and Toni Hellmer (Joe); his sisters-in-law, Wanda Gatlin and Lisa Avery (Kerry); and his caregiver Avery Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
