He is survived by: his wife Mary Stanton; his children, Darryl Stanton of Moss Point, MS and Tera Dodson (Eric) of Norcross, GA; his grandsons, Keith Stanton (Banisha) of Moss Point, MS, Terrance Stanton of Stone Mountain, GA, Darryn Stanton of Norcross, GA and Myles Dodson of Norcross, GA; his great grandchildren, Tristan, KJ and CJ of Moss Point, MS; his siblings, Margaret A. Stanton of Moss Point, MS, Shirley M. Pleasant of Moss Point, MS, Majorie F. Chestang of Moss Point, MS, Deborah Stanton of Moss Point, MS, Harold F. Stanton (Dorothy) of Fayetteville, NC, Samuel E. Stanton (Deborah) of Woodbridge, VA and J. T. Cunningham (Lillie) of Peterman, AL; his sisters-in-law, Pothernia Stewart, Cederee Barnett of San Diego, CA, Ola Tatum (Larry) of Richton, MS and Nell Bolton (Bobby) of Beaumont, MS; and his goddaughter Rene Richardson of Houston, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
