She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Mitchell and Lottie Mae Windham Mitchell; her siblings, Jesse Mitchell, Ruth Anderson, Margarett Tanner and Jessemae Mitchell; and her granddaughter Lana Shay Havis.

She is survived by: her children, Bruce Lee (Tonya) of Pascagoula, MS and Leisa Havis (Rick) of Manila, AR; her stepchildren, James Thomas Lee, Jr. and Shelia Edwards (Phillip); her sisters, Peggy Sharp and Dorothy Walker; her grandchildren, Jarad Havis (Jessica), Devin Havis (Jami), Brandon Lee, Chad Lee (Laura), Heath Bailey (Andrea), Grant Bailey (Robin), Lucas Lee, Ashley Davis (Jeremy) and Aimee Maples; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Davis, Tripp Havis, Waylon Havis, Lathon Maples, Braxton Bailey, Kyleigh Havis, Brylie Havis, Dacey Davis, Kerigan Bang, Brittney Fuurby, Kesley Lee, Braelyn Lee, Brooklyn Bailey, Lanna Bailey and Kelsey Lee.
