She is survived by: her children, Beverly Dennis, Sr. (Wayne), Bruce Cook (Judy Barfield) and Brad Cook (Paula Stokes); her grandchildren, April Baughman (Randy), Jerrod Cook (Jamie) and Alyson Stokes; her great grandchildren, Hailey Powell, Brittany Baughman and Claire; her niece Janice Crisco (Larry); and her great grandchildren, Seth Powell, Andrew Powell and Greer Cook.
