He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline; his parents, William L. Allen, Sr. and Nellie Jeanette Jones Allen; and his siblings, Melvina Allen Nelson, Bennie Allen Warner, Bill Allen, Jay Allen and Harvey Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Lucas (Jim) of Moss Point and Terry Allen (Sue) of Pascagoula; his grandchildren, Connie Bruner (Tom) of Cameron, NC, Kevin Lucas (Heather) of Wade, Christine Armstrong (Bill) of California, Matt Ballinger of Huntsville, AL, Lee Ballinger of Birmingham, AL, Lauren Stiles (Kevin) of Pascagoula, Preston and River Allen of Pascagoula; his great grandchildren, Julie Jacobs of Battle Mountain, Jordan Jacobs (Caroline) of Cameron, NC, Jacee Jacobs of Cameron, NC, Hayden Lucas of Wade, Ryan Stiles of Pascagoula, Caelen and Jake Ballinger of Huntsville, AL; and his great great grandchild Mason Jacobs of Cameron, NC. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
