He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Rachell and Odee Rachell; his children, Joel Rachell, Noel Rachell, Sr., Robert Cappo and Nanette Cappo Wise; and his grandson Shedrick Cates.
He is survived by: his spouse Billie Rachell; and his children, Evelyn Rachell DeAngelo (Stephen), Dawn Rachell Wiltberger (Jon), Timmy Cappo, Sr. and Anthony Cappo, Jr.. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, Leon's family has requested loving donations be made in his memory to Safe Harbor United Methodist Church in Moss Point, MS.
