He is survived by: his mother Shirley "Candy" Parker McDowell of Moss Point, MS; his daughter Sanija R. Parker of Pascagoula, MS; his siblings, Lakendra Parker of Pascagoula, MS and Paul Nelson, Jr. of Moss Point, MS; his aunts and uncles, Marilyn D. Brand (Clarence) of Pascagoula, MS, Rose Locke (Henry) of Moss Point, MS, Paulette McLemore of Moss Point, MS, James Nelson (Judy) of Moss Point, MS, Murria Parker of Moss Point, MS, Bobby Dillon (Audrey) and James Avant of Maryland; his niece Lekerria Smith; his cousins, Curtis Carter, Jr. and Michele Williams; and his friend Darrin Doss. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, friends.
