He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley K. Tillman; and his parents, Kenneth Timm and Helen Timm. He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Spiller and Elizabeth Anthony (Robert); his grandchildren, Ray Spiller IV, Mekenzee Anthony and Mayah Anthony; his stepdaughters, Buffie Holden (Jason), Shelley Farabee (Rodger) and Tracy Tillman; his stepgrandchildren, Timothy Holden (Becca), Claire Croy (Casey), Blake Farabee and Brooke Farabee; his stepgreat-grandchildren, TJ Holden, Truette Holden, MaryBeth Holden and Hannah-Kay Holden; and his pets, Rebel and Gracie.
Inurnment will be held at a later date at the National Cemetery in Biloxi, Mississippi, and will be limited to family due to Covid-19 restrictions.
