He is survived by: his brother Howard Spicer (Diane); his children, Angela Thompson, Sherry Farabee (Steve), Jeffrey Pacey, Deborah Graham-Browning (Bill) and Rhonda Philyaw (Doug); his grandchildren, Christopher Farabee, Stephanie Smathers (Justinn), Amber Boutwell (Matt), Candace Ruland (Ron), Ryan Farabee, Lauren Burns (Chris), Matthew Philyaw (Katelynn), Andrew Philyaw, Rebekah Pacey, Bradley Farabee, Noah Pacey and Nate Philyaw; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Ragsdale, Lily Smathers, Leanna Smathers, Avery Boutwell and Benson Burns.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Holder Wells Funeral Homes (4007 Main St, Moss Point, MS 39563). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
