She is survived by: her husband Gerry Paul "Stink" Vice; her children, Johnny Dale Vice (Kim), William Paul "Scoot" Vice (Tonya) and Kristi Vice; her siblings, Garrett Goodwin and Charlene Dandis; and her grandchildren, John Vice (Chelsea), Cassie Waters (Thomas), Kasey McCoy (Levi) and Hannah Fowler (Josh). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
