It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Fantroy Jr. (Moss Point, Mississippi), who passed away on August 25, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferry Mae Fantroy Sr. (Millender) and George Mae; his daughters, Doris Lorraine Fantroy and Baby Girl Fantroy; and his siblings, Patty Williams, Dorothy Clark, Willie Fantroy, Kelvin Fantroy and James Fantroy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jacqueline Johnson (Leroy) of Gautier, Brenda Poole of Gautier, Shonda Matthews (Michael) of Gautier and Dionne McDonald (Lyndon) of Gulfport, MS; his wife Lois Anne Fantroy of Mobile, AL; and his grandchildren, Dennitta, Labarius, Charles, Gabrielle, D'Andjoua, Tianu, Duane, Khadija and Michaela.
