He is survived by: his siblings, James Cook, Norman Cook, Jr., Leo Cook, Lorenza Cook, Sr., Willie Mae Lewis and Dolores Cook King Laster; his children, Eugene Cook, Jr. (Birmania) and Tonya Cook Coleman (Edwin); his grandchildren, Eugene O'Brian Cook, Dominic Murray and Mary Baggett; and his nephew Lorenzo Cook, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
