It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emily Lewis Smith of Moss Point, Mississippi, born in Laurel, Mississippi, who passed away on June 18, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Michael C. Lewis. She is survived by: her husband George Smith; her children, Stephen Smith, Jennifer Rymer (Drew) and Sarah Smith; her brother David M. Lewis (Bill Card) of Rolling Prairie, IN; and her grandchildren, Landon, Savannah and Vivian Rymer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Emily's name to Northminster Baptist Church (Jackson, MS) Building Fund or the charity of choice.
