With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellis Wess of Moss Point, Mississippi, born in Philadelphia, Mississippi, who passed away on September 26, 2022 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mollie Glenn, Alfredia, Almedia and Henry. He is survived by: his children, McGarrett, Sedrick (Monet), Elisha, Latoria Hilton and Elexius; and his siblings, James, Clora Gene Winters, Ernetta Parker (Alfred) and Carolyn Wess. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great-grandson, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
