He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliot Tanner and Mary Tanner; his children, Russey Dean Tanner and Vicki Tanner Jones; and his siblings, Dorothy Tanner Thompkins, Glen Tanner and Frank Tanner.
He is survived by: his children, Norma Allgood (Jack), Rita Tanner Lee, Rayford Tanner, Don Tanner, Bobby Tanner (Pam) and Stormy Blair (Johnny); his brothers, Delwood "Pop" Tanner and Linwood Ruth Tanner; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Tannner and Ernestine Tanner. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren; along with other family and friends.
