He is survived by: his siblings, Wanda Turner, Susan Stewart Conway (Tony), Mike Stewart (Susan), Mendy Butters (Dennis), Steve Stewart (Dana) and James Faulkner (Cameron); his stepmother Neilda Rouse; his friends, Ray Brown, Robin Lister and Christie Lindstrom; and his caregivers, Jennifer Hayes and Diane Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
