He is survived by: his children, Donivan Vance of Moss Point and Taylor Vance of Hurley; his parents, Donald Boutwell and Karen Boutwell of Big Point; his sister Tracy Holland (Brian) of Lucedale; his granddaughter Carleigh Vance of Moss Point; his grandmother Sherry Boutwell of Big Point; his niece Alexis Dichiara (Blake) of Kennar; and his nephew Jacob Mullins of Lucedale. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends.
