He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Hudson and Roberta Hudson; his daughter Alva Hudson (Polly); and his siblings, Robert Hudson and Sara Hinton.
He is survived by: his children, David Harold Hudson, Jr., Caroline' Carlisle (Anthony) and Mary Elisabeth Hudson; his grandchildren, Taylor Hudson Coffell, Katherine Moran, Benjamin Hudson, Rachel Carlisle, David Carlisle, Parker Floyd, Sydney Floyd and Raelyn Miley; and his siblings, Carol Hinton (Charles) and Leslie Hudson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members.
