He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Louise Bishop; and his grandparents, Oledia Gertrude Rolen, Nora and Luther Bishop. He is survived by: his father Luther Leon Bishop (Shirley); his siblings, Doug Walsworth (Tracie), April Engle (Todd) and Rachel Lamarsh; and his nieces, Raegan Engle, Lauren Engle, Katie Engle, Hollie Engle, Hannah Walgworth and Jessica McKinley (Ray). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
