He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge Emily Baker Lassiter and James P. Baker; and his brother William Baker (Billy). He is survived by: his children, Sara Elizabeth and Ross Lawler Baker; the mother of his children Amy Wright Baker of Pascagoula; his siblings, Captain Robert T. Baker (Alice), Carryl Baker Watts and Linda Frame (Richard); and his nieces and nephews, Seth, Troy, Andrew Baker, Justin Simpson, Emily, Allison Watts and Shannon Dawson.
Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic a Celebration of Life Service will be private on Friday, August 21, 2020 at the home of Captain Robert and Alice Baker.
In lieu of flowers, consider donating to Our Daily Bread, Backpack Buddies, or the Food Pantry at St. John's so that many may be fed in Charlie's honor.
