He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Johnson and Polly Johnson; his daughter Chasity Johnson; and his sister-in-law Yolanda Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Kristy Johnson; his sons, Tommy Johnson, Jr. (Shanon), Joshua Johnson (Shannon) and Andrew Johnson (Karoline); his grandchildren, Pacey, Ceely Johnson, Destinie Tatum, Carlie Parker, Mackenzie DuVal, Andee Grace and Evan Johnson; and his brothers, Gene Johnson (Virginia) and Gary Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
