He is survived by: his children, Dr. Charles J. Harrell (Ramona) of Petal, Christopher E. Harrell (Megan) of Prairieville, Dr. Joseph C. Harrell (Toni) of Gulf Shores, Alabama and Chandra S. Harrell of Atlanta, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Matthew Harrell (Stephanie) of Summit, Nathan Harrell of Gulf Shores, Chealsea, Kaleigh Harrell of Prairieville, Kori Harrell of Gulf Shores and Mirian Garcia of Petal, Mississippi.; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Garcia and Luke Harrell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
