He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Levi Church and Cathy Church; his children, Drevon, Trey, Dylan Bloodsworth (Ja'de) and Jade Mears (Dylan); his siblings, Dwayne, Sumer and Leah; and his grandmother Betty Koch. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
