She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Alford Brooks and Bertha Frances Williams Brooks; her husband Jerry Lynn Walley; and her siblings, Ruth Carolyn Hartzog, Joe Harry Brooks, Frances Ann West, Linda Nell Sims and John Wayne Brooks.
She is survived by: her siblings, George Billy "Bill" Brooks and Margaret Rose Sims; her daughters, Rebecca Wilson (Kevin) and Stephanie W. Bryars (Jason); her grandchildren, Hunter Rockwell (Kay), Wesley Bryars (August), Colbey Kittrell (Damian), Jenna Bryars and Benjamin Wilson; and her great grandchildren, Fisher Rockwell, Madelyn Rockwell, Taylenn Odom, Ollen Harvey and Braylenn Harvey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Canaan Assembly of God Church (12800 MS-613, Moss Point, MS 39562). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
