He is survived by: his children, Charlie Mae Williams and Dregtt Lee Knight (Toya Stanton) of Moss Point, MS; his siblings, Dianna Clark of Claremont, CA, Richard Smith of Terry, MS, Lenard Smith (JoAnn) of New Orleans, LA and Fred Smith (Brenda) of Fayetteville, NC; his brother-in-law Frank Williams, Jr. of Monroeville, AL; his grandchildren, Teleishia Williams, Charles Smith Jr., Datuane Crawford, Ivanna Knight and Trinity Anderson; his great grandchildren, Jeanine Robinson, Tytianna Robinson, Melvin Barnes Jr. and Koby Jackson; his niece Nancy Johnson; and his close friends, Betty Squall, Charles Smith Sr., Nieretta Alexander, Lavern, Willie Washington, Rose Barnes, Levant Dean, Nathainel Anderson, Melvin Booker Sr., Clevester Nettles, Tracy Lawrence, Roy Thompson and Oscar Ellis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
