She is survived by: her sons, Yancey Carter of Moselle, Jeffery Carter of Moselle and Craig Carter of Moselle; and her grandchildren, Heather, Toi Jean, Katie Frances, Will, Jr., Renee, Gladys, Jeff Jr., Becky, Emma, Geja and Mark. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
