He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hall and Alice Hall Rogers; and his siblings, William Alton Hall, Robert Carroll Hall and Alice Faye Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Ann Hall of Moselle; his children, Connie Randall of Moselle, Donna Ashley (Clinton) of Ocean Springs, MS, Barbara Blacklidge (Joe Withrow) of Petal and Stephen Poff (Tammi) of Montgomery, AL; his grandchildren, Alicia Goff, Clarissa Hughes (Conner), John Navarre, Jr. (Katie), Nicholas Navarre (Hylah Easter), Cheyenne Tiller, Brodrick Clayburn, America Clayburn, Zoe Poff and Corbin Haverkamp (Caitlyn); his great grandchildren, Davis, Corinne, Isaac, Darcy, Vincent, Ellie, Christian, Lilith and Baby Theo; his father-in-law Jimmy Strahan; and his children, Patricia Barr and Jeff Miller.
His contributions to the church and community were innumerable and he was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who asked.
