It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sallie Barnes of Moselle, Mississippi, born in Clifton, Tennessee, who passed away on September 14, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Marvin and Pearl Terry Boyd; her husband Ray Barnes; her children, Marty Vogel, Michael Wayne Dees and Stephen Dees; and her brothers, Albert, Jimmy, Manuel, Ray and David.
She is survived by: her daughters, Virginia Lynn Boyd (Billy Wayne) of Moselle, Janet Hatchett of Memphis, TN and Deborah White of Moselle; and her sister Nancy Price of Southaven, MS.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
